- Health Insurance Coverage - Simacor offers a comprehensive group Blue Cross/Blue Shield Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) 80/20 plan with a deductible and a maximum Out of Pocket (OOP) cost. Simacor currently pays the full premiums for family coverage and pays an initial portion of your deductible that is setup through an HRA account. Preventative care (well-child service and immunizations, prenatal care, routine physicals and eye exams, and cancer screening) that is performed within the “open in-network provider” is covered at 100%. There are many other services that are covered under this plan.
- Dental - Simacor offers a group dental insurance plan. Employee contribution required. Preventative services covered at 100%, basic services covered at 80% and major service covered at 50%. Employee may go to the dentist of their choice.
- Short-Term Disability -Is included with the health insurance plan. Employees are covered to receive 2/3 of their gross salary for 13 weeks, should they be out of work, due to an illness or accident.
- Long-Term Disability - Is included with the health insurance plan. Employees are covered to receive 2/3 of their gross salary for 36 weeks, should they be out of work, due to an illness or accident.
- Life Insurance - Simacor provides the first $50,000 of coverage for the employee, $5,000 for spouse and $2,000 for dependents, with options to buy additional life insurance at cost to the employee.
- SIMPLE(401K) Retirement Plan - Employees may contribute up to $10,500 pre-tax annually. Simacor will match up to 3% of gross wages. No enrollment waiting period. Employee is 100% vested immediately.
- Flexible Spending Account (Cafeteria Plan) - Pre-Tax dollars can be set aside for: 1) $2,000 yearly max for medical/dental expenses; 2) $5,000 yearly max for daycare expenses.
- Paid Holidays - 8 holidays are observed. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
- Personal Days - Up to 3 days per year are paid, for any personal reasons.
- Comp Time - Up to 2 days per month from hours worked can be put towards additional personal leave time.
- Vacation - Simacor provides 2 weeks of vacation for the first 2 years of service and 3 weeks thereafter.
- Mileage - Mileage is paid at the Simacor standard rate for travel to a client's site in excess of 10 miles of the Plymouth office.
- Training - Simacor believes in the professional growth of our employees. Training will be provided in-house as well as utilizing outside resources.
- Education - Simacor will reimburse up to $1,500 annually towards continuing education in a qualified technology related program.
- Reviews - Performance, career goals, and compensation reviews are held annually, or more often if appropriate.
